Wholesale Inquiries

For wholesale inquiries, please contact Hall of Fame TCG. Stock availability changes frequently, but we'll provide up-to-date information and discuss how we can work together. But for the current year of 2024-2025 we will not be supporting wholesale due to limited item stock.

International Sales Policy

1. General Terms
Hall of Fame TCG welcomes international orders; however, customers should be aware of potential risks and responsibilities associated with purchasing from outside the United States. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Product Modifications & Compliance
International orders may be subject to changes or modifications to comply with regulations in the destination country. While we strive to maintain the integrity of our products, certain alterations may be required to meet legal or safety standards. Hall of Fame TCG is not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from these mandatory modifications.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. Hall of Fame TCG does not collect or remit these charges and has no control over the amounts assessed. Failure to pay these fees may result in customs holding, delaying, or returning the package. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the buyer may be eligible for a refund of the product cost but not the shipping fees.

4. Customs Delays & Holding
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can delay delivery. Hall of Fame TCG is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. If a package is held due to additional documentation or verification requests, the buyer must provide the necessary information to their local customs office.

5. Tariff Adjustments & Price Changes
Tariffs and international trade regulations may result in price adjustments for orders shipped outside the United States. If any tariff-related changes occur after an order is placed but before shipment, Hall of Fame TCG reserves the right to adjust the final price accordingly. Customers will be notified of any price adjustments and given the option to proceed or cancel their order.

6. Refunds & Returns
All international sales are final, except in cases where Hall of Fame TCG has made an error in fulfilling the order. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for issues related to customs fees, tariffs, or shipping delays. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

By placing an international order with Hall of Fame TCG, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Fraud & Chargeback

Hall of Fame TCG reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if the client fails to verify their identity or if the order is suspected to be fraudulent. Please note that the 6% transaction fee is non-refundable. Hall of Fame TCG cannot be held responsible for stolen packages post-delivery.

Pre-Order Policy
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it is available for general sale. While we strive to fulfill every pre-order, there may be circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from doing so. These may include, but are not limited to, changes in product availability, supplier restrictions, increased demand, tariffs, or manufacturer price alterations.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, please note that shipping delays may occur, especially due to severe weather conditions or natural events—particularly in Florida, where hurricanes or storms may disrupt standard delivery schedules.

We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
