Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment during business days. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, please see item description for shipping times.

Please Read before placing a Pre-Order…

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Hall of Fame TCG, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right Arthur@HallofFameTCG.com

International Shipping Policy

Please review our international shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

  • Shipping Method & Cost

    • All international orders are shipped via UPS.

    • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

    • We do not offer flat-rate or free international shipping at this time.

  • Order Processing

    • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

    • A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government.

    • These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

    • Hall of Fame TCG does not generate or calculate these charges; they are determined by your local authorities or UPS.

  • Delivery & Liability

    • We are responsible for your package until it is marked as delivered by UPS.

    • Once delivery is confirmed, liability transfers to the recipient.

    • Hall of Fame TCG is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery has been confirmed.

    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or unsecured addresses provided at checkout.

  • No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

    • All sales are final.

    • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

    • Please review your order carefully before submitting.
